Convenient Access from Lincoln
Lincoln teens attend Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, so many families already know the way to Sudbury and to Sudbury Dental Excellence. Plan on about 19 minutes for the 8.7-mile trip from the Lincoln Town Offices. If you have been looking for a dentist in Lincoln, MA with early weekday hours and Saturday mornings, our three dentists see patients from 7:00 AM.
Leave the Town Offices at 16 Lincoln Road, close to the Lincoln commuter rail station, and follow Lincoln Road out of the town center for about 1.7 miles. Turn briefly onto South Great Road (Route 117), then head left and south on Route 126 for roughly 2.5 miles. A right onto Glezen Lane leads to Old Sudbury Road (Route 27); turn right there, then left onto River Road and follow it to Boston Post Road (Route 20). Go right, heading west, and turn right onto Concord Road.
The office is at 15 Concord Rd, Sudbury, MA 01776, steps from Goodnow Library and just north of Route 20. Rush hour on Route 20 can stretch the trip, so allow extra time for a weekday morning visit. See the office on Google Maps before your first appointment. We also welcome patients from Concord and Weston.
A Sudbury Practice That Already Fits the Lincoln Routine
Lincoln is a small town of about 7,000 residents in Middlesex County, and that count includes people living on Hanscom Air Force Base inside town limits. Most of its land is zoned for homes and farms, and a sizeable amount is public conservation land. The town was carved in 1754 from parts of Concord, Weston and Lexington, and it takes its name from Lincolnshire, England, not from either famous Lincoln.
Because the two towns share a regional high school, Sudbury is already part of everyday life for many households. A cleaning can fit into a school drop-off, a Saturday errand run or a morning before work. Younger children attend the K-8 Lincoln School or the Hanscom School on base, and we see children, teens and adults in one family practice.
Open land shapes the town's character. Drumlin Farm, the 291-acre working farm and wildlife sanctuary that serves as Mass Audubon's headquarters, sits on South Great Road. The deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum stretches along the southern shore of Flint's Pond, and the Gropius House on Baker Bridge Road is a National Historic Landmark.
The town also holds a piece of the Revolution. Paul Revere was captured within its borders on the night of April 18, 1775, and much of the April 19 fighting took place here. Those events are preserved in Minute Man National Historical Park, which spans Lincoln, Lexington and Concord.
Smile Health Through the Teen Years and Beyond
The years between middle school and graduation bring big changes for teeth. Wisdom teeth start to come in, many teens want straighter smiles before senior photos, and sports raise the risk of chipped or knocked teeth. Regular checkups let our dentists spot these changes early and plan care around a busy school calendar.
Clear aligners are a common choice for this age group. Invisalign uses a series of removable trays instead of brackets and wires, so students can take them out to eat, brush and play an instrument.
Adults who clench their teeth through stressful workdays often wake up with sore jaws or worn edges. Nightguards and TMD care are part of our family dentistry, and Cone Beam 3D imaging helps with TMD diagnosis. A custom nightguard protects teeth while you sleep.
Commuters have their own scheduling puzzle. Trains on the MBTA Fitchburg Line stop at Lincoln station, and Routes 117 and 126 carry drivers across town. Because we open at 7:00 AM on weekdays, a cleaning can happen before the workday starts, and evening slots run until 7:00 PM.
Parents are patients too. Many adults in town put off their own care while juggling a commute, children's activities and work. Our Your First Visit page explains what to expect, and in some instances treatment can begin on the same day as your consultation.
New patients without insurance can start with our $99 Cleaning, Exam & X-Ray offer, available when there is no periodontal disease. It includes a full cleaning, an oral health exam and all standard x-rays, which makes a simple first step for a parent who has fallen behind.
Services for Families Seeking a Dentist in Lincoln, MA
Invisalignยฎ
Removable clear aligners straighten teeth without metal brackets. They come out for meals, sports and music lessons. Teens and adults choose them for a discreet way to improve their smile.
Family Dentistry
Cleanings, exams, digital x-rays and oral cancer screenings cover the basics for every age. Sealants, fluoride and custom sports mouthguards protect growing teeth. Nightguards help adults who grind under stress.
Wisdom Teeth Extraction
Wisdom teeth often arrive during the high school and college years, when the jaw may have little room left for them. Our practice offers wisdom teeth extraction in the office, so the extraction can happen at a practice your family already knows. Planning extractions around school breaks keeps missed classes to a minimum.
Sedation Dentistry
Nitrous oxide, often called laughing gas, is available for children and adults. Oral conscious sedation, a prescribed pill, helps patients with moderate or severe anxiety or longer treatment. Both options help nervous patients get through care they have been postponing.

What Our Patients Say
Frequently Asked Questions
How far is Sudbury Dental Excellence from Lincoln, and how do I get there?
The office is about 8.7 miles from the Lincoln Town Offices, a drive of roughly 19 minutes. Lincoln Road, Route 117 and Route 126 lead south, then Glezen Lane, Route 27 and River Road bring you to Route 20 and Concord Road. Families choosing a dentist in Lincoln, MA will find us at 15 Concord Rd in Sudbury.
Is Invisalign an option for teenagers?
Yes, Invisalign is available for teens as well as adults at our practice. The aligners are clear, removable trays that come out for eating, brushing and sports, which many students prefer to brackets and wires. An exam shows whether your teen's bite is a good fit, and CareCredit or Cherry Financing can spread the cost.
Is a school vacation a good time to have wisdom teeth removed?
Yes, a school break is often a practical time, because it gives a student a few quiet days to recover without missing class. The practice offers wisdom teeth extraction in the office, with nitrous oxide or oral conscious sedation available for nervous patients. Saturday hours from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM can make the follow-up visit easier to schedule.
Can one Savings Plan cover our whole family?
Yes, each family member joins the same Savings Plan at a lower rate after the first. The first membership is $399 a year and each additional family member is $349 a year. Every member receives two cleanings, exams and x-rays a year, 20% off dental procedures and unlimited emergency exams and x-rays.
Can you replace an old metal filling with a tooth-colored one?
Yes, our dentists place composite fillings, which match the natural shade of your teeth. When an older filling is worn, cracked or leaking, replacing it with composite repairs the tooth and blends in with the rest of your smile. Larger repairs may call for an inlay, an onlay or a CEREC crown instead.
